The table below shows all the communications OEBB plans to send members for Open Enrollment.

  • Any future dates reflect our plans, but are subject to change. We do our best to update this page as new materials become available and dates are finalized.
  • The columns on the right show details about each communication, like when member information was taken from the database (data pull) and when the message or mailing was sent to members.

Your benefit selections

This email will be sent to those members with an email address in the MyOEBB system confirming their enrollments have been recently saved.

If records are saved multiple times, the member may receive multiple emails. Data pulled on weekends and holidays will be batched for the next business day.
Data pulled early in the morning, daily. throughout Open Enrollment to capture the records saved that day. 
Emails sent each business day throughout Open Enrollment to members that have saved enrollments.
