Oregon ECHO, Early Childhood Health in Oregon, is a project of the Oregon Health Authority's Maternal and Child Health Section. ECHO collects data on the attitudes and experiences of mothers and three-year-olds. We follow up with mothers who answered the PRAMS survey to learn more about the health and well-being of preschoolers and their families. The data are analyzed in a way that allows findings to be applied to all Oregon mothers of these young children.
