Affordable Rental Housing (ARH) Portfolio section hosts a monthly Zoom call for partners in affordable housing development to give updates and answer questions. These updates pertain to property owners, property managers, asset managers, and management agents of affordable rental housing properties that have received funding administered by OHCS. These are usually held on the second Tuesday of each month.
