Affordable rental housing projects awarded funding through Oregon Housing and Community Services (OHCS) must meet several requirements to close and start construction. Here you'll find related OHCS charges. Please note:

• This is not an exhaustive list of OHCS charges.
• Please check the General Policy and Guidelines Manual (GPGM) or program manuals for any additional program-specific charges, and more details on the charges.
• Charges are not applicable to HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Housing Trust Fund (HTF) funding
