The Reservation and Conditions Letter (RCL) is an important step toward OHCS funding projects to build affordable multifamily housing in the state of Oregon. The RCL is a conditional agreement that sets forth requirements for projects to move toward the construction closing stage of development (another important milestone). This webpage contains documents that may be listed as conditions in the RCL. The specific documents and attachments referenced in the RCL are found here.
