Reservation Letter Attachments

The Reservation and Conditions Letter (RCL) is an important step toward OHCS funding projects to build affordable multifamily housing in the state of Oregon. The RCL is a conditional agreement that sets forth requirements for projects to move toward the construction closing stage of development (another important milestone).
