Purpose: OHCS is the state grantee of the federal Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP), which provides bill payment assistance for low-income households to supplement home heating and cooling costs. As part of the state application process, OHCS must offer an opportunity for the public to provide comments on the draft state plan. During this public hearing, OHCS will provide an overview of Oregon’s draft state plan and seek public input on proposed changes and potential impacts.

As part of the state application process, OHCS must offer an opportunity for the public to provide comment on the draft state plan. During this public hearing, OHCS will provide an overview of Oregon’s draft state plan and seek public input on proposed changes and potential impacts.
