Manufactured Housing and Marina Communities Trainings

Manufactured Housing and Marina Community Law is very specific and can be tricky. If you are renting a space in a park or marina, it is important as a renter to know your rights. As an owner of a park or marina, it is also vital to understand the rights and options you have as a landlord/owner.

Presenter: Attorney Samantha Sheehan, JD is a tenants’ advocate and an expert on manufactured home park and marina laws.
