Tenants Committee / Tenant Training

The tenants committee, (also known as a residents committee) as described in ORS 90.600, is an elected committee of members of a manufactured home park or marina facility to represent the tenants.

Manufactured home and marina community law is very specific and can be tricky. If you are renting a space in a park or marina, it is important as a renter to know your rights. As an owner of a park or marina, it is also vital to understand the rights and options you have as a landlord/owner.
