Each year, Oregon Law requires every landlord of a manufactured dwelling facility/marina community to register in writing with Oregon Housing and Community Services.
Oregon Revised Statute 90.732 (1) states: “The landlord shall file a registration and pay a registration fee for each facility owned or managed by the landlord."

You can register and pay your annual park and moorage registration fees online using a credit or debit card, or by using a check.

To register your park or moorage, go to the
registration form. You are still responsible for paying your annual registration by either paying your fees online or by mailing in a check.
You can use the same link to update your registration information at any time during the year.
