Oregon law requires the Manufactured and Marina Communities Resource Center (MMCRC) to maintain a current list of parks in the state. The list indicates the total number of spaces in each park (446.543(2)(c)).
Each year, the law requires every landlord of a manufactured home facility/marina to register in writing with Oregon Housing and Community Services. Oregon Revised Statute 90.732 (1) states: “The landlord shall file a registration and pay a registration fee for each facility owned or managed by the landlord."
You can register and pay your annual park and moorage registration fees online using a credit or debit card, or by using a check.
