Public Comment, Written and Verbal
OWEB encourages public comment on any agenda item. All comment requests should be sent to

Written Comment
Written comments will be provided to the board in advance of the meeting.
Verbal Comment
Verbal comments are limited to three minutes, and will be heard in the public comment period (Agenda Items E, F, H, J, K, M, N) on each day of the board meeting.
