Workgroups & Rules Advisory Committees (RACs)
The board may utilize workgroups and RACs when developing or amending Oregon Administrative Rules (OARs). Workgroups and RACs offer excellent opportunities for the public and stakeholders to provide input and suggestions during the development of new rules, amendment or repeal of existing rules, and the fiscal and racial impacts associated with proposed rulemaking.
