    EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY (3/25/2020): Oregon Board of Pharmacy adopts temporary emergency rule (OAR 855-007-0085) prohibiting the dispensing of chloroquine and hydroxychloroquine for presumptive treatment or prevention of COVID-19 infection to preserve supplies for treatment of malaria, inflammatory conditions, and documented COVID-19 infection in hospitalized or residential patients. (see Prescription Therapy for COVID-19 Patients Informational/FAQs)​​​

    In order to help contain the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19), the Oregon Board of Pharmacy has closed its offices to the general public and Board staff will be following the physical distancing measures outlined in Governor Brown’s Executive Order No. 20-12. Please be advised that it may take longer than usual to receive a response.

    All owner/location, name changes and paper license verifications must still be submitted via paper applications.

    Once your account is registered, you can view the information on file, renew a registration, order certified copies, and update mailing and contact email addresses.

Registering a Complaint with the Board
Registering A Complaint with the Oregon Board of Pharmacy 
The Board of Pharmacy responds to any complaint that comes into the Board office. Complaints can originate from consumers, another pharmacist, a prescriber, a technician, an employer, or anyone else.

If you believe a violation might have occurred, you may wish to file a complaint with the Board.
