A Highway Restriction Notice must be completed whenever construction or maintenance work will:
  • Close a state highway or ramp.
  • Restrict the width, length, height or weight of trucks within a work zone on a state highway or ramp.
Submit this form online to the Commerce and Compliance Division prior to the restriction beginning. See our Statewide Traffic Mobility web page for instructions and more information.
