Oregon 319 Nonpoint Source Implementation Grants Application

Fiscal year 2022

The Oregon 319 Grant Program for the 2022 fiscal year begins on March 23, 2022. The Oregon Department of Environmental Quality invites proposals for the implementation of a Watershed Based Plan as referenced in Section B of the Request For Proposal. 

Proposals are due by 5 p.m., May 11, 2022 (Refer to section 8 of the RFP for submittal requirements). DEQ will evaluate proposals and identify those projects that best address the Oregon’s nonpoint source priorities (Section B). 

Selected projects may commence in the fall of 2022 after the award is received and the Section 319 Nonpoint Source agreement has been signed. A sample NPS agreement is available in the section below. 

Requirements 

The 2022 project proposal must meet the following requirements: 

  • A complete application and match funding
  • A fillable application and match documents 
  • Section B Priorities. The project proposal must address a priority as outlined in Section B of the RFP. 
  • Measurable Success. The project proposal must include a discussion section with an emphasis on measurable environmental improvement.
