Important notice

As of June 2, 2025, ODDS will not accept new applications for:

Community Living Supports Standard Model Agencies (SMA)
24-hour residential provider agencies

Additionally, while the moratorium is in place:

Existing 24-hour residential providers cannot open new homes
Existing provider agencies cannot add a new SMA endorsement

The moratorium will last six months. Please review the moratorium information on our Prospective Providers page. If you still have questions, please email dd.licensing@odhs.oregon.gov.

Workday Learning is the online learning management system used by ODHS Partners need to create a Workday Learning account in order to take many state-offered training courses.
