Approved SBIRT Screening Tools
The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) has approved the following list of SBIRT screening tools for coordinated care organizations (CCOs) and hospitals to use. Only these tools will meet the screening requirements for incentive metric targets and benchmarks.
- Medical clinics or hospitals can choose to implement one or more of the screening tools from this list.
- Choices of screening tools must align with policies and initiatives implemented by CCOs and OHA.
