Reports in each section are listed in order with the most recent report on top. Click the report title, and accompanying attachments and links will display. Both sets of reports may include the following terms:
- CCO – Coordinated Care Organization
- DY – Demonstration Year (the corresponding sequence of how many years the demonstration has been in effect in Oregon – 2017-2018 is DY16)
- SEDS – Statistical Enrollment Data System (a system in which OHA reports enrollment data to CMS)
- SFY – State Fiscal Year (July 1 – June 30; July 1, 2017 – June 30, 2018 is SFY 18)
Each quarter, the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) reports to the CMS on how the state is working towards and achieving the goals of the demonstration waiver. Each report is organized into two sections: 1) Overview of the Current Reporting Period which includes updates on enrollment progress, Health Information Technology, and metrics development; and 2) Progress toward Demonstration Goals, which outlines improvement strategies to achieve the triple-aim of lower cost, better care, and better health.
Each report also includes budget analysis and action plans for addressing any policy, administrative, or budget issues identified. For the fourth quarter of each demonstration year, OHA produces an annual report of the demonstration that presents compiled quarterly data and additional evaluation information. OHA also engages external demonstration evaluations of Oregon's Medicaid delivery system.
