In some parts of Oregon, changes are coming to OHP in 2020
Don't worry, your health care benefits are staying the same. The changes have to do with your CCO (coordinated care organization). A CCO is like a health plan. Depending on where you live, you may have new health plan choices.
Important: Changes to plan choices in 2020
Trillium is no longer a plan choice in 2020 for Clackamas, Multnomah, and Washington counties.
If there are new choices in your area, you will hear from us!
Check your mail
- In mid-December, OHP will send a follow-up letter to members. The letter will have important information about appointments, prescriptions, and care for members moving to new plans. The letter will also share how to change your plans from January through March 31.
Areas with CCO plan choices
- Lane County
- Certain ZIP codes in Douglas, Jackson and Polk counties
- Important: There is no longer choice in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties. Trillium Community Health Plan will not serve OHP in those counties at this time.
New plans start January 1
Try out your new plan
Between January 1 and March 31, 2020, you can try out your plan and change it for any reason.
