Choose CCOs, Health and Dental Plans

Applying for OHP, or renewing your OHP?

Use the charts below to see current CCO and dental plans in Oregon.

Did you get a "Pick Your Plan" letter from OHP?

This means you have new CCO plan choices in your area in 2020. Visit our 2020 CCO Plans page to compare plans that will be available starting January 1, 2020.

How to Choose a CCO and Dental Plan

Below are charts that list what coordinated care organizations (CCOs) and dental plans are available where you live.

  1. Search for your county to compare the available CCOs and dental plans. (Note: Some counties may only have one CCO.)
  2. You can only choose CCOs and dental plans that are listed as "open".
  3. Some CCOs include dental coverage. If the CCO you choose includes dental, you do not have to choose another dental plan.

CCO and Dental Plan Charts

Note: You may not have to choose a CCO or dental plan. Page 8 of the application guide (OHP 9025) includes those who are not required to choose a CCO or dental plan. (Example: Native American / Alaska Native status)
