Thank you for being part of the Oregon Health Plan (OHP)! We want you get the care and the help you need. 

• Most members must get care through a coordinated care organization (CCO). CCOs are local health plans that work with providers near you. If you are a CCO member, your CCO can help you get care and find providers. Find CCO member resources and contact information.
  
• If you are not in a CCO for your care, you have open card (fee-for-service) OHP. Find open card resources and contact information.
  
• If you have private health insurance or Medicare, this may be your primary health coverage. Learn how OHP works with other health coverage.
