Oregon Health Matters Survey (OHM)

Twice a year the Health Promotion and Chronic Disease Prevention (HPCDP) section reaches out to Oregon adults to compete a survey about health behaviors and attitudes. Data collected help guide health policy and programming for the State of Oregon.

Online survey administered to address data-base sampling (ABS) and web panel respondents.
At least 2,500 respondents from each administration of the biannual (spring and fall) survey.
