Orientation and Forms

Thank you for being part of SERV-OR and taking the time to complete the following orientation, forms and core courses.

Begin orientation course now

Step 1: Complete the short online orientation course.

Complete the course online in about 30 minutes to get an essential overview of the volunteer program, liability protection, required training, and more.

Get credit by completing the very short survey at the end of the course.

Refresh your memory by returning to take this orientation again any time you want.

Technical problems?  The most common solution is to download the lastest Adobe Flash Player. The course works best in Internet Explorer.  Or contact us at SERV.OR@dhsoha.state.or.us or toll-free during business hours at 877-343-5767.

All volunteers should complete the following three short courses within one year of joining.  They will help you understand the emergency response system and be ready to respond.  They are offered occasionally in-person around the state, or are available any time online.  Be sure to submit the certificate of completion (see below).
