Oregon Psilocybin Services - July 2026 Rule Petition

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA), Public Health Division has received a petition to amend OAR 333-333-3010, Psilocybin Training Program Curriculum Approval Process. 

Members of the public can submit comments on OAR 333-333-3010 to the Public Health Division Rules Coordinator at: publichealth.rules@odhsoha.oregon.gov.  Comments must be received by 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time on August 29, 2026.
