Enrolling as a COVID-19 Vaccine Provider

1. Enroll in ALERT IIS – this is how you will report immunizations to the state of Oregon
   Who: Staff who will enter data into ALERT IIS (at least one staff)
2. Complete any remaining state-required trainings for ALERT IIS and vaccine use.
   Who: At least two clinical staff
3. Enroll in the COVID–19 Vaccine Program – Must have clinic AL# provided in step 1. Who: Authorized representative (some forms require additional signatures)

Oregon Provider COVID-19 Office Hours

Are you a provider with questions about administering the COVID-19 vaccine? At each office hour session, an immunization staff member will provide a brief update and take provider questions (they may not have an immediate answer; thanks in advance for your patience). Contact the VFC Help Desk with name of attendee and clinic/organization for log-in information.

Virtual learning sessions: Pediatric COVID vaccines for clinics

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Transformation Center, in partnership with the OHA Vaccine Planning Unit, hosted learning sessions focused on pediatric COVID immunizations. Participants heard from subject matter experts and from peers on key topics such as pediatric COVID vaccine updates, how to build vaccine confidence in parents, and using equity in all planning and delivery of vaccine.
