Asante Three Rivers Medical Center is a 125-bed Level III trauma center located in Grants Pass, Oregon. The hospital serves Josephine County and surrounding rural communities. The hospital is designated as “Baby-Friendly” by the World Health Organization.

Asante Three Rivers’ outpatient center offers award-winning orthopedic services, as well as rehabilitation services, imaging, lab, surgery and urgent care.

Asante Three Rivers Medical Center works with community partners including public health departments, other hospitals, coordinated care organizations, and other health care providers under the banner of the Jefferson Regional Health Alliance to develop a regional Community Health Needs Assessment and a Community Health Implementation Plan/Strategy.
