• Not sure if you qualify? You can use this online tool to see if you qualify for OHP or other health coverage.
• You can also visited a qualified hospital or OHP-certified community partner. They can see if you qualify for temporary OHP through Presumptive Medical Eligibility.

Are You an OHP Member?

Members get an OHP coverage letter. It describes the benefits each member in their household has. Learn more in the OHP Handbook.

How Providers Verify OHP Eligibility:

Providers can use multiple systems to verify OHP eligibility. At each health care visit:

• Members should present their Oregon Health ID (formerly Medical Care ID).
• Providers should check eligibility using the Client ID number printed on the card. If you don't have your ID number or ID card, they can use the MMS Provider Portal to check eligibility using your name and date of birth.
