EHDI Advisory Committee
The Early Hearing Detection and Intervention Advisory Committee (EHDI AC) is a critical collaborator to the OHA EHDI Program, helping inform and advise on issues and topics related to the identification of deaf and hard of hearing (D/HH) children through our universal screening program, follow up appointments, and referrals to early intervention programs.
AC meetings occur virtually the 3rd Thursday from 9-10:30 am in January, April, August, and October each calendar year, with the possibility of one in person meeting per year.

The EHDI AC is comprised of parents of children identified as D/HH, D/HH adults identified in childhood, pediatric medical providers, pediatric audiologists, hospital hearing screening coordinators, early intervention program staff, local health authority staff, speech-language pathologists, and other medical and education experts.
