Post-Selection and Production

Affordable rental housing projects that are awarded funding through OHCS need to meet several requirements in order to close and start construction. Highlighted below are some resources that will help you in filling out and submitting the necessary paperwork to OHCS and their funding partners once projects get a reservation letter that awards funding.

Developers, sponsors, and owners are responsible for completing any forms provided below or in a Procorem WorkCenterand meeting all the reservation letter conditions. These documents are essential for advancing your development through the stages of underwriting, loan/grant closure, monitoring/reporting, contract compliance, and fair housing.

Please work with your management agents, architects, contractors, and other project team members to help fill out any forms. If you have questions, please work with your OHCS production analyst assigned ot your project.
