HMIS Meeting Materials April 13, 2026

This is a monthly meeting convened by the Oregon Multi-CoC (OMC) HMIS Governance Committee for the purpose of assisting the administrator (OHCS) in communicating information and developing site protocols for planning and design that impact the OMC HMIS site. Participating Continuums of Care (CoC) include OR-502, OR-503, OR-504, and OR-505.

Meeting Minutes

1. Approval of Previous Minutes

Minutes from March 9, 2026 meeting were approved.

2. Topic: HIC/PIT Submission Deadline

  • Reminder: 2026 HIC and PIT Count data must be submitted via HDX 2.0 by Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 8 p.m. PDT. 
  • Most CoCs are finishing data cleanup and said they expect to submit on time.

3. Topic: HMIS Solutions Project – any updates?

  • HMIS-APR-Summary-Report – 2024
    • This report was shared to inform members of the different HMIS products and market share. 
    • This report was released in 2024 and was created by The Partnership, Inc. It is in no way affiliated with OHCS. 
  • OHCS is working on a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new HMIS system. It should be released late in the summer.

4. Topic: Transforming the Assessment Process Webinar held on April 9 – latest update from WellSky

  • WellSky will release update CS5.18.00 soon. It will include new assessment features like conditional logic, custom scoring, and improved fields for email, phone numbers, and electronic signatures. 
  • Staff will share more information after the update goes live.
