HMIS Meeting Materials Feb. 10, 2025

This is a monthly meeting convened by the Oregon Multi-CoC (OMC) HMIS Governance Committee for the purpose of assisting the administrator (OHCS) in communicating information and developing site protocols for planning and design that impact the OMC HMIS site. Participating Continuums of Care (CoC) include OR-502, OR-503, OR-504, and OR-505.

Meeting Minutes

Minutes from previous meeting (Jan. 13) were approved and seconded.

System Performance Measures (SPMs)

  • Opened: Feb. 3, 2025
  • Closes: March 5, 2025 at 8 p.m. ET
  • Submissions will be done via HDX 2.0 uploads (not manually entered)
  • Submission timeline update – System Performance Measures (SPM) reporting period is on hold - At HUD’s request the opening of the System Performance Measures reporting period is on hold. More information via the HUD Exchange listserv will be provided when applicable via HDX 2.0 Issues - SPM Issues Weebly site.CoCs are also encountering error messages when trying to submit their SPMs via HDX 2.0.

WellSky Community Services Licenses - User Last Login Policy

  • Looking at putting in a 60-day no login deletion policy (90-day currently, page 17 Oregon Multi-CoC (OMC) Manual Policies & Procedures)
  • Many ways to address inactive users and repeat offenders were mentioned. It was determined that a focus group to discuss ways to update the OMC Manual Policies & Procedures will convene. Amy Bartels will schedule a meeting time with volunteer group members (David Mulig, Nathanial Perez, David Peak, Autumn Rackley, Cory Hackstedt, Rochelle Hamilton, & Debbie Boyd).
  • Results of the meeting will be brought back to the Quad Squad meeting for voting.

    • OHCS is asking CoCs to please have staff members add their names to the CoC Staff Directory.
