This is a monthly meeting convened by the Oregon Multi-CoC (OMC) HMIS Governance Committee for the purpose of assisting the administrator (OHCS) in communicating information and developing site protocols for planning and design that impact the OMC HMIS site. David Peak introduced himself as the new Vice Chair and Data Analyst for OR-504.
OHCS EVA Data Clean Up Request Updates/Needs?

Jade Maharrey, OHCS, sent out this quarter’s EVA and Service Transaction data quality reports for OHCS funded grants.

It was reported that a few agencies in OR-503 considered the reports unexpected; need clearer communication.

Clarified responsibilities and deadlines.

Reports will be sent quarterly (Jan, April, July, etc.).

Erik Nelson, OHCS, noted poor data can affect future funding; grant agreements outline data quality and reporting expectations.

Agencies were strongly encouraged to review these documents when there are questions.

David Mulig, OR-505, proposed OHCS-held drop-in sessions for agencies to seek data quality assistance.
