Key Performance Measures
The Oregon legislature adopts key performance measures (KPMs) for each state agency. Agencies report every year on their performance progress for those KPMs. OWEB uses 12 KPMs to measure performance. These KPMs include customer service, grant administration, and conservation outcomes.
Annual Reports to Congress for Pacific Coast Salmon Recovery Fund (PSCRF)
OWEB administers federal
Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund dollars that come to Oregon. Every year, OWEB reports accomplishments funded by PCSRF to the National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). NMFS uses this information in annual reports to Congress about PCSRF grants to western states and tribes.
