Overview
In 2018, the OWEB Board adopted a ten-year strategic plan which was developed through an open process during which input was sought through a variety of mechanisms from partners, grantees, and others. An external advisory group also provided feedback, reviewed public responses, and helped ensure that top priorities were carried into the strategic plan. The OWEB Board is updated quarterly on the strategic plan progress.
