Overview
In 2024, OWEB completed a strategic plan refresh. As part of the refresh, OWEB sought input from partners, grantees, staff, and board members. OWEB will continue reviewing and updating the strategic plan every three years in accordance with Governor Kotek's expectations of state agencies. OWEB staff prepare quarterly updates for the board on strategic plan progress and each update is available with quarterly board meeting materials.
In 2025, OWEB completed an IT strategic plan and will review and report on plan implementation progress each year.
