Jobs for Educators

The Oregon Educators Data Dashboard and Jobs Portal (OregonEdd.com), is now live and ready for use.

This interactive dashboard offers:

  • An opportunity for job seekers to get comprehensive access to all K-12 jobs available in Oregon. It can be a single centralized job portal connecting potential employees with positions.
  • A detailed overview of all Oregon districts, ESDs, and charter schools staff displaying searchable data on educators and classified employees across the state.
  • Daily updates from district HR systems accurately reflect the current staffing situation in Oregon to the extent possible.

Future updates will include smaller districts and charter schools without electronic HR systems and a few larger districts, such as Portland, Bend-La Pine, and Eugene. 

In Oregon, teachers can be hired within a variety of settings. TSPC oversees the licensing of teachers employed in K-12 school districts, education service districts (ESD's) and charter schools. There are more than 1,200 public K-12 schools organized into 197 school districts in the State of Oregon. ESD's are typically county-focused regional education units that work to provide the various counties' school districts with a wide array of educational programs and services, many of which are too costly or limited in demand for a single location.
