Important TSPC Announcements and Updates 

 
June 7, 2019 We are continuing to work thru issues related to the migration of the final stage of our online e-licensing system . However we ARE moving forward.  Some things to know:
 
·         Currently we are available for incoming calls to our customer service line between the hours of 7:30am-11:00am and 3:00pm-5:00pm, Monday thru Friday.
·         You may send us a message thru your online account at your convenience.
·         Please ensure you have provided us with your  name, last 4 digits of your ssn or month and day of your birth when contacting us.
·         The educator lookup link has been replaced with the Public Educator Search link. You may access your current license information there.
·         We are hoping to have the option for your to print an image of your license soon.
Please know we appreciate your continued patience as we work to make improvements to our system. We will continue to provide updates here as we move forward.

***Effective July 1, 2019***
***You will no longer receive a grace period and your license will not remain active if you do not submit an application online prior to your license expiration date***

We are currently processing applications approximately 10 weeks from the date they are submitted online

  • If this is your first time using eLicensing, you must select the "Sign Up" button to create your username and password.
  • Please do not create a new username if you have already created an eLicensing account. This will cause you to have two active accounts and may delay your processing.
  • If you have eLicensing login issues please email TSPC at: online.tspc@oregon.gov​ or call 503-378-3586 and select option #1.
  • TSPC is no longer accepting mailed, faxed, or emailed applications or payments. All applications must be submitted through the eLicensing system.

Submitting ​Documents        

Please login to your eLicensing account online anytime after April 18, 2019 to submit all required documentation related to your licensure application.  

PDU's

TSP​​C does not approve coursework or workshops for the awarding of PDUs. Please refer to the PDU webpage for more information.
