The Oregon Department of Emergency Management (OEM) COOP Team is excited to announce the launch of a statewide Community of Practice (CoP) for Continuity of Operations (COOP) Planners. This initiative brings together professionals responsible for COOP planning, disaster recovery, and emergency management to share best practices, lessons learned, and resources to ensure critical government functions continue during and after an emergency.
