She has served as a hospital/health system Director of Behavioral Health Services in Portland and Eugene. She practiced in a primary care residency program for 4 years including directing the psychologist residency program. For over a decade she was the Director of a rural Oregon hospital-based outpatient mental health and substance use treatment center. Previously she served as the Behavioral Health Medical Services Director for an Oregon Coordinated Care Organization (CCO) and has provided consulting services for several other CCOs. She is recognized for her expertise in trauma treatment and whole-person behavioral health care, integrating evidence-based and trauma-informed practices into Medicaid and community-based systems across Oregon. Cynthia currently serves as Chief Behavioral Health Officer at Greater Oregon Behavioral Health Inc (GOBHI) and Eastern Oregon CCO and has led policy, program, and quality improvement initiatives to expand equitable access to care. She also operates a small private practice, provides professional trainings for behavioral health providers, and has served as an adjunct professor at the university and community college levels. Raising her family in rural Oregon, she brings insight into the healthcare access challenges facing geographically dispersed communities and is committed to advancing equitable coverage for Oregon Health Plan members. | | Mikilah Johnson | Mikilah is a Black and Indigenous clinician and supervisor, proudly from the Portland area and a member of the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde. She specializes in early childhood therapy within community mental health settings and brings a trauma informed, relationship-centered approach to her work. For the past five years, Mikilah has served as a clinical supervisor and is certified in Child–Parent Psychotherapy (CPP).

He has served as a program creator and director, supervisor, consultant, trainer, adjunct professor, and therapist. He is a Fellow of the Association for Cognitive and Behavioral Therapies and past Leader of its Psychosis and Schizophrenia Spectrum Special Interest Group. He maintains a private practice specializing in evidence-based psychotherapies for major mental disorders. |
