Final Application

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) submitted the final application in February 2022 to CMS, whose approval was needed to implement policies reflected in the application. If approved, Oregon would make changes to OHP during the 2022 – 2027 demonstration period.

OHA developed the draft application with proposals for changes to OHP as part of our effort to advance health equity. The public was invited to submit written and verbal comments on the draft application from Dec. 7, 2021 through Jan. 7, 2022.

• OHA conducted extensive public engagement leading to the development of these concepts. You can view the dates, times of public meetings in OHA's calendar of 2021 meetings.
