Current Rulemaking

The Advisory Council on Hearing Aids under the Health Licensing Office has filed proposed rules with the Oregon Secretary of State. The rules clarify the qualification to obtain a temporary hearing aid specialist license.

The proposed rules will be published in the March 1, 2019, Oregon Bulletin. You are invited to review the proposed rules and offer comments in writing until 12 noon on March 28, 2019.
