Cancellation of the Oregon Board of Cosmetology - Rules and Qualification Advisory Committee

The Health Licensing Office (HLO) is canceling the Cosmetology Rules and Qualification Advisory Committee meeting originally scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2026.

Additional time is required to research and clarify the intent of HB 2380 (2025). A new meeting date will be scheduled and communicated once the necessary information has been obtained.
