OHA is seeking member feedback about the OHP 3165 Agreement to Pay form. To share feedback, you can:

Complete OHA's online survey,
Attend a Rules Advisory Committee (RAC) or register to be a RAC member, or
Email medicaid.rules@oha.oregon.gov.

We are looking for people who have used Open Card or help others use Open Card. LEAP gives advice to improve health care for Open Card members. This advisory group meets monthly on Zoom.
