Flexibility with Fidelity: Classroom Teaching Assignments

During the month of July, Dr. Rosilez met with multiple stakeholders expressing concern about the reopening of schools and how to best serve Oregon’s students. Those meetings resulted in a Commission temporary rule and resolution for adopting that rule to guide districts in “misassigning” teachers in certain circumstances.
