ODHS Budget

Budget overview

The ODHS budget covers two fiscal years, which is a biennium. The biennium begins on July 1 of an odd-numbered year and ends on June 30 of the next odd-numbered year (for example, July 1, 2025 - June 30, 2027). Learn more about Oregon's budget process on the Oregon Transparency website.

• The state budget development process occurs in three major phases: 
  
• Agency Request Budget (ARB)
• Governor's Recommended Budget (GRB)
• Legislatively Adopted Budget (LAB)
• Our budget is organized around our program areas: Aging and People with Disabilities, Child Welfare, Intellectual/Developmental Disabilities, Oregon Eligibility Partnership, Self-Sufficiency Programs, Vocational Rehabilitation and Agency Administration.
