Upon receiving a complete application, the division will review all submitted material. Based on this review, the division may:
- Respond with questions,
- Request more information, or
- Ask you to submit a new application.
If additional information is needed, the division will ask you to provide the requested information with 14 days of the request. The division may also schedule an onsite review of the facility.
Within 30 days of completing the application review, the division will send a final report. You must submit a written Plan of Correction to the division within 30 days of receiving the report. The plan must show how you have resolved all issues listed in the final report.
