Application or Waiver for Registration
The following facilities are
not required to submit a CBSH application. The division requires these facilities to submit a Waiver of Registration Form.
- Multifamily rental housing developments of five or more units that receive government rent assistance from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, or U.S. Department of Agriculture, or any government assistance or subsidy identified in rules adopted by Oregon Housing and Community Services.
- Any facilities already licensed or registered under any other Oregon law, or any Oregon city or county ordinance or regulation.
