Information for DUII Services Providers

Alcohol and Other Drug Screening Specialists

Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 813.021 and ORS 813.260 require Alcohol and Other Drug Screening Specialists (ADSS) to:

• Provide screening interviews;
• Refer individuals to a Division-approved DUII services provider;
• Track treatment progress; and
• Report to the referring court whether individuals complete their screening interview or treatment.

DUII Services Providers

ORS 813.021 and 813.260 require ADSS to refer individuals to a Division-approved DUII services provider.

• Oregon's Substance Use Disorders Services Directory lists Division-approved providers.
• To provide DUII services, providers must apply as outlined in Oregon Administrative Rule (OAR) Chapter 309 Division 8.
