For questions about Certificates of Approval, site reviews, licensing and certification status, compliance or complaints about a specific behavioral health provider, contact the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) Compliance Specialist for the provider's area.
- For questions or complaints sent via email, OHA will let you know that your email was received.
- For questions or complaints by phone, OHA will either work resolve the question or complaint over the phone or learn more.
A compliance specialist will follow up with you and the specific provider or program to resolve questions or complaints.
