REALD & SOGI Data Dictionary

The broad requirement that all providers and insurers report REALD & SOGI data to OHA under ORS 413.164 is not currently in effect. However, some organizations may still have to report this data if it's legally required by the specific programs they participate in. It's a good idea to check with those program contacts to make sure you understand what reporting requirements apply to you.

The REALD and SOGI 2025 Data Dictionary is a new resource. It will evolve based on community feedback and future updates to the data collection standards. Updates to the Data Dictionary will be scheduled with at least 6 months' notice to partners.
