During audits, OHA reviews the provider's records to ensure documentation and billing follows the Oregon Administrative Rules that were in effect on the date of service being audited.
The Authority's Health Systems Division maintains the Oregon Administrative Rules related to billing Oregon Medicaid and managing mental health services.
To search for the rules that were in effect for your audited service dates, please refer to the Oregon Secretary of State website. OHA no longer maintains the administrative rulebooks.
Search the following list for the rules that were in effect for your audited service dates. For example, if your audited service dates were in September 2015, you would choose the rules filed through January 1, 2016.
