Cost Growth Target Implementation Committee Archive (2019 – 2021)

OHA, in collaboration with the Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS), and the Oregon Health Policy Board (OHPB) are charged with developing and implementing the Cost Growth Target program. SB 889 (2019) established an Implementation Committee, charged with recommending steps to operationalize the health care cost growth target and how to measure spending. The Implementation Committee began meeting in November 2019 and sunset December 2021. All meeting materials and recordings are archived below.

The Implementation Committee submitted their recommendations to the Oregon Health Policy Board and the legislative assembly in January 2021.
