The dashboard is updated quarterly and currently displays aggregated data reported to OHA through the Submittable grant management platform. In summer 2027, more detailed service and client information will be included in this dashboard.

Filters and Terminology
How to use dashboard filters
Several pages in this dashboard contain filters that can be used to refine the data displayed in the visuals. Click on the down arrow in the filter to see a dropdown list of options. Filters with check boxes will allow you to select more than one option at a time. Filters with radial (circle) buttons will only allow a single selection at one time. More than one filter can be applied to the data displayed on a page.
Navigating between dashboard pages
The dashboard contains a page navigation bar at the top of each window. This allows you to move between pages by clicking on the rectangle corresponding to the desired page of interest.
About the Data
Data displayed on this dashboard was submitted to OHA by BHRN Program grantees using the Submittable grant management platform. Grantees use Submittable to report quarterly aggregated data such as the amount of personnel funded through the program, client counts by service area, materials distributed to clients, and information on outreach services and service denials. Sometimes, grantees submit updates to their reports, so data shown in the dashboard is subject to updates over time. Only data that has passed through a validation process is included in the dashboard. If a report has not been validated before the dashboard is updated, it will be excluded until the next update. Reports that are validated after a refresh will be included in the next update. To protect client privacy, small counts will be hidden in the dashboard. This often happens in counties with smaller populations or when filters are applied to the data.
