OHA and USDOJ Agreement

Improving health outcomes for people living with serious and persistent mental illness

The Oregon Health Authority (OHA) and U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ) agreed to collect data to:
  • Better understand the behavioral health system and
  • Discuss services and outcomes.

The Performance Matrix (last updated 7/30/2014) identifies the data collected.

The Data Dictionary defines how OHA collects this data.

OHA and USDOJ's Letter of Agreement dated November 9, 2012 establishes this agreement. OHA and USDOJ work together to revise the agreement to achieve positive outcomes.
